Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 5 item
How to make potato casserole:
Boil potatoes; cool and peel. Grate potatoes. Melt cheese with butter over low heat. Mix all ingredients together; put in casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° until light brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
