Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- strips cooked and crumbled bacon optional - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
