Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 10 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed corn flakes
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. melted butter Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Put in large casserole dish. Mix and sprinkle on topping. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
