Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- potatoes - 2 lb
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- Put in casserole dish
- cream of chicken - 2 c
- or 2 pkg - 10 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle topping on. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Topping:2 c. crumbled corn flakes1/2 c. melted margarineRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
