Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup and salt and pepper together. Spread smoothly in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour over with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly in center.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
