Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onions - 3 Tbsp
- to 10 potatoes, boiled in jackets, cooled and sliced peel if you like - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Layer potatoes in 12 x 9-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°. Serves 12.Shortcut: Buy hash browns and use in place of cooked potatoes.
