- cube margarine - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- green onions optional - 1 item
- sour cream 16 oz - 1 pt
- large potatoes, boiled in skins, peeled and grated - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat margarine and soup, then mix in sour cream. Season with cheese on top. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan until bubbles on top. Or top with chips, broccoli, cooked chicken burger.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
