Ingredients/Components
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can sour cream - 1 item
- can chunky mushroom soup or 1 can chicken soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Butter 13 x 9-inch pan. Put half of potato mix in pan; put half of cheese over this. Add rest of potatoes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir and add rest of cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes more until brown on top. May add ham chunks.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
