Ingredients/Components
- 8 oz - 1 pkg
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put frozen potatoes in covered dish and add soup. Stir. Cook in oven 45 minutes, then add cheese to top. Cook 10 more minutes. If you want a more crispy top, let the lid off for the last 10 minutes. Serves 5.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
