  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • sweet potatoes, boiled

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Cook in 350° oven approximately 45 minutes.
