Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 lb
- peanut butter - 1 item
- potato the size of an egg - 1 item
How to make potato candy:
Peel potato and boil until tender; drain. Mash. Work in sugar until stiff and no more sugar can be worked in. Roll between wax paper thin, like pie crust. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up as jelly roll. Chill well. Slice into pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
