- flour - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- cornmeal - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- leftover mashed potatoes - 1 item
How to make potato cakes:
Combine all ingredients well. Heat skillet; use cooking oil. Spoon out potato mixture to make 2 to 3-inch cakes. Brown on each side over medium heat.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
