Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- shredded sharp cheese - 2 c
How to make potato bake:
In a 9 x 13-inch pan combine sour cream, soup and onion and spread over potatoes. Melt oleo and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Cover with corn flakes. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
