Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- celery - 1/2 c
- horseradish - 1 lb
- cucumber - 1/2 c
- ham - 1 c
- onions - 1 c
- eggs, boiled - 2 item
- potatoes, cooked - 2 c
- pork - 1 c
- beets - 1/2 c
- herring - 1/2 c
How to make portuguese potato salad:
Sauce:1 c. sour cream1 c. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. mustard1 lb. horseradish juice of 1 lemon salt and pepper to taste Cut ingredients into small chunks and place in a large mixing bowl. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce. Add the sauce mixture to the chopped ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
