Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce
Ingredients/Components
- plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat - 1 1
- to 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 item
- sugar substitute to taste - 1 item
- snipped, fresh chives - 2 Tbsp
How to make pork tenderloin with mustard sauce:
Combine garlic and olive oil. Rub on pork tenderloin and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Grill about 20 minutes, turning often until done through. Mix yogurt, mustard, sugar substitute and chives. Serve sauce with grilled tenderloin.Recipe categories: Very low carbs, Meat, Pork.
