Ingredients/Components
- boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 lb
- zucchini, cut into chunks - 1 item
- mushroom caps - 8 oz
- soy sauce
- water - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
How to make pork kabobs:
Marinade:1/2 c. soy sauce1/4 c. water1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp. ground ginger Marinate pork for 3 hours; dip mushrooms and zucchini into marinade. Thread pork, zucchini and mushrooms on skewers. Grill over hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
