  • packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • thin lemon slices - 4 item
  • pork chops - 4 item
  • thin onion slices - 4 item
  • salt for seasoning - 1 item

How to make pork chops supreme:

Season pork with salt. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan. Top each chop with an onion and lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup. Cover and cook in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook, spooning sauce over chops occasionally, until done.
