- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1/2 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chops casserole:
Brown pork chops in oil. Arrange in dish. Sprinkle with onion. Add rice. Bring cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water to a boil; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
