Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • soft bread crumbs - 3 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • pork chops - 4 item

How to make pork chops and stuffing:

Brown chops on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix together bread crumbs, onions, butter, 1/4 cup water and seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over chops. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until tender. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
