- orange juice - 3/4 c
- uncooked Minute rice
- can chicken with rice soup - 1 1/2
- pork chops 3/4 thick - 6 item
How to make pork chops and rice:
In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Place rice in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over rice. Arrange pork chops on rice. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
