- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- instant rice
How to make pork chops and rice:
Brown chops in 2 tablespoons shortening. Place rice in long, flat dish. Pour orange juice over rice; arrange chops on top. Pour soup over all. Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350°. Uncover and cook 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
