Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- raw rice - 1 c
- pork chops - 6 item
- can beef consomme - 1 3/4
- flour and salt - 1 item
How to make pork chops and rice:
Flour and salt pork chops; brown in oil. Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms. Place rice in casserole; top with onion and mushrooms. Place pork chops on top. Pour consomme and small amount of water over all. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
