Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- rice - 3/4 c
- pork chops - 4 item
- chopped tomatoes, canned - 3 c
How to make pork chops and rice:
Trim pork chops, salt and pepper and flour them. Saute chops in oil until brown. Remove from pan. Add onion and green pepper to pan; saute until tender. Add tomatoes and rice; season to taste. Place pork chops on top. Cover and simmer 1 hour.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
