Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- shortening - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sage - 2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- breadcrumbs - 4 c
- pork chops, salted and peppered to taste - 2 lb
How to make pork chops and dressing:
Melt shortening in skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Combine all ingredients together; drain all grease from pork chops. Add to dry ingredients. Add enough hot water to make mixture moist. Spread over pork chops. Bake in oven at 350° for 3Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
