Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- apples, unpeeled, cored and sliced - 4 item
How to make pork chops and apples:
Brown chops on both sides. Place apple slices in greased baking dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter and top with pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork chop.
