- catsup - 4 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- water - 2/3 c
How to make pork chops:
Place pork chops in shallow pan. Put pat of butter on each pork chop. Mix all other ingredients and pour mixture over pork chops; sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
