Pork chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 1/3 c
- hot water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- celery, cut fine - 1 c
- onions, chopped fine - 1 c
- 3/4 lb
- can bean sprouts, drained and rinsed - 1 item
How to make pork chop suey:
Mix together. Stir slightly and cook 5 minutes more. Serve over hot rice with Chinese noodles. A nice change!Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Pork.
