Pork chop scallop

- pepper - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- scalloped potatoes - 1 pkg
- pork loin or rib chops 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
How to make pork chop scallop:
Trim excess fat from chops. Grease 10-inch skillet with fat. Brown chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Remove chops from skillet. Empty potato and packet of seasoning sauce mix into skillet. Stir in pimento and amounts of water and milk called for on package. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Place pork chops on top. Cover; simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
