- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- lettuce leaves - 4 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- nonstick spray coating - 1 item
- pork loin chops 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
- Italian salad dressing reduced calorie - 2 Tbsp
How to make pork chop dijon:
