Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium potatoes, thinly sliced - 6 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- sweet milk
How to make pork chop casserole:
Arrange potatoes in a greased pan. Dot with butter. Arrange chops over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over chops. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and chops are tender. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
