  • ketchup - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • medium onion, sliced - 1 item
  • to 8 pork chops - 6 item
  • can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1 can water - 1 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Trim fat from chops and brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Place in casserole dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops, covering them. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
