- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- ketchup - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
- can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1 can water - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Trim fat from chops and brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Place in casserole dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops, covering them. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
