Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water
  • dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 10
  • to 6 pork chops - 4 item
  • cups thinly sliced potatoes I boil potatoes first - 4 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Boil potatoes. Combine soup, sour cream, water and dill weed. Blend well. Alternate layers of potato and soup in lightly greased casserole dish.

Brown pork chop on both sides in vegetable oil. Place pork chops on top of potatoes. Bake at 350° until done about 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
