Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cloves minced garlic - 4 item
- pork loin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 2 lb
How to make pork adobo:
Mix all of the ingredients and marinate 30 to 60 minutes. In a skillet, simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is almost tender. Remove the stock; stir-fry the pork until it's a little bit brown or well fried, then put back the stock. Season to taste.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
