Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- soup cans water - 2 item
How to make porcupines:
Mix everything together, except soup and water. Make balls at least 2 inches in diameter. Place in baking dish. Pour soup and water over it. Bake, covered, at 350° for one and one-half hours. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
