Porcupine meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cheez Whiz - 1/3 c
- uncooked rice regular - 1/2 c
- Sauce:1 can mushroom soup
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Sauce:1 can mushroom soup1/2 c. water1/4 c. catsup1/3 c. Cheez Whiz Mix beef, rice, onion, salt and celery salt; roll into large balls. Place in a casserole dish.To make sauce, bring to a boil the mushroom soup, water and catsup. Pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Take out and spread the Cheez Whiz over the meatballs while still hot. Serve as a casserole.
