Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine all ingredients but spaghetti sauce in large bowl. Mix well by hand. Form baseball sized balls. Place in baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce, should barely cover all balls in dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
