Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato juice - 2 c
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine meat, rice, onion and salt. Mix well and form into balls. Place in a deep baking dish. Combine juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste. Pour over meatballs. Cover dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve hot. Yields 5 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
