Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sugar or sugar substitute - 1/4 c
- raw rice, rinsed well - 1/2 c
How to make porcupine balls:
Combine the preceding and shape into balls. Place in roaster with 1 can tomato soup and 1 can tomato sauce well blended. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or longer.Recipe categories: 5 ingredients or less, Main dish, Meat.
