Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
How to make poppy seed muffins:
In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients well. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
