Ingredients/Components
- poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- nonfat plain yogurt - 8 oz
- hen or 4 to 5 chicken breast halves - 1 item
How to make poppy chicken:
Cook chicken; cool and debone. Cut into bite-size pieces. Stir together yogurt and soup and pour over chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Combine crushed crackers, poppy seed and melted margarine in a bowl. Crumble this mixture over the chicken. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
