Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour only - 1 c
How to make popovers:
Heat oven to 450°. Grease 8 muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in flour, milk and salt just until smooth. Fill cups halfway. Bake for 20 minutes at 450° and then decrease oven temperature to 350° for 15 minutes. Immediately remove from cups and serve.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Rolls/biscuits.
