Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- skim milk - 1 c
How to make popovers:
Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half full or less. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes. Do NOT open oven for first 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Rolls/biscuits.
