Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • skim milk - 1 c

How to make popovers:

Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half full or less. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes. Do NOT open oven for first 30 minutes.
