Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make popovers:
Beat milk, flour and oil for 1 minute. Beat eggs (one at a time) and salt into this mixture. Pour into greased cupcake or muffin pans. Do not preheat oven. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Makes 30.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Rolls/biscuits.
