Ingredients/Components
- butter
- water - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- popped corn - 3 qt
- light brown sugar
How to make popcorn balls:
Cook first 3 ingredients until it reaches 290°. Add salt, butter and soda. In a large greased bowl, pour syrup mixture over popcorn. Stir with buttered spoon to coat each kernel. Immediately form into balls and place on wax paper to cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
