Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1 c
- white corn syrup - 1 c
- popcorn, popped - 4 qt
How to make popcorn balls:
Stir and cook sugar, corn syrup, whipping cream and butter until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking until syrup boils a brittle boil; pour slowly over popcorn. Mix well. Grease hands and shape into balls. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
