Poor man's filet mignon
Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck
- bacon strips - 1 item
How to make poor man's filet mignon:
Combine all ingredients except bacon; mix well. Form into patties. Wrap outer edge of each patty with a strip of bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Grill to desired taste. May be served with buns, if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
