Polynesian pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- pork chops, 3/4 of inch - 4 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can golden mushroom soup
- can pineapple chunks
- water - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- cooked minute rice - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup
- milk - 5 oz
- Ranch Salad Mix - 1 pkg
- sliced green onions - 3 item
How to make polynesian pork chops:
Season chops with garlic. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion. Add soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.Ranch Rice: Add 1/2 pkg. of Ranch mix to rice when cooking rice. Mix mushroom soup and milk and remaining 1/2 pkg. Ranch Salad Mix. Cook chops and add soup mixture to Ranch Rice and cook until done. Serve pork chops with rice and garnish with green onions.
