Ingredients/Components

  • pork chops, 3/4 of inch - 4 item
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can golden mushroom soup
  • can pineapple chunks
  • water - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • honey - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked minute rice - 2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup
  • milk - 5 oz
  • Ranch Salad Mix - 1 pkg
  • sliced green onions - 3 item

How to make polynesian pork chops:

Season chops with garlic. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion. Add soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.

Ranch Rice: Add 1/2 pkg. of Ranch mix to rice when cooking rice. Mix mushroom soup and milk and remaining 1/2 pkg. Ranch Salad Mix. Cook chops and add soup mixture to Ranch Rice and cook until done. Serve pork chops with rice and garnish with green onions.
