  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • pineapple chunks - 1/2 c
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c

How to make polynesian meatballs:

Heat and stir constantly until thick all ingredients except pineapple chunks. Add those when mixture is thick. Pour over meatballs. Let sit in refrigerator several hours. Heat to serve. Freezes beautifully.
