  • ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • pineapple juice - 2 Tbsp
  • mandarin oranges - 11 oz
  • pineapple bits - 8 oz
  • raw shredded cabbage - 4 c

How to make polynesian coleslaw:

Combine pineapple juice with mayonnaise. Combine cabbage, seasonings and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; toss gently. Cover and chill. Serves 6.
