Polynesian coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- pineapple juice - 2 Tbsp
- mandarin oranges - 11 oz
- pineapple bits - 8 oz
- raw shredded cabbage - 4 c
How to make polynesian coleslaw:
Combine pineapple juice with mayonnaise. Combine cabbage, seasonings and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges; toss gently. Cover and chill. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Peanut butter.
