Polynesian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
How to make polynesian chicken:
Lightly season chicken and dredge in flour. Brown in frying pan. When brown, put in baking dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Pour over chicken and bake an additional 10 minutes.
